Shipping policy

All orders are shipped directly from Malaysia. 

 

Upon receiving your shipping confirmation via email, please allow up to 2 business days for orders to be shipped (this only applies to ready-stock orders). Tracking number will be sent separately for you to track the shipping status of your order. Note that there will be no updates if your parcel is in transit. 

 

If you do not receive your order within 5 - 7 business days upon receiving your tracking number, do let us know! Otherwise, your order is well on their way.

 

We use trusted local courier services such as Ninjavan which is decided by the availability of your area.

Note the higher shipping charge to East Malaysia is due to the weight of the item being shipped from West Malaysia.
