New to this model is two-way video, so you can enjoy live, face-to-face chats — a big upgrade from our previous versions.

The key differences between the EBO Air 2 Plus and EBO Air 2 are:

1. Camera Quality: The EBO Air 2 Plus has a 3K resolution camera, while the EBO Air 2 offers 2K resolution.

2. Two-Way Vedio: The EBO Air 2 Plus lets you both see and talk to your family or pets in real time with two-way video and audio through the app, making it easy to stay connected anywhere. In comparison, the EBO Air 2 only offers two-way audio.

3. Smart Patrol: EBO Air 2 Plus can be scheduled to patrol, while EBO Air 2 doesn't have this feature now.

4. AI Assistant: The EBO Air 2 Plus supports ChatGPT and additional AI models, allowing it to chat and interact with you. This feature is not available on the EBO Air 2.

5. AI Tracking: The EBO Air 2 Plus can recognize people and pets, and it can follow you as you move around.

6. Mobility: EBO Air 2 Plus is capable of climbing slopes up to 15° and overcoming obstacles up to 10mm high, compared to EBO Air 2’s 4° slope and 6mm obstacle limit.

7. Color Options: The EBO Air 2 Plus is available in Lunar White, Nebula Purple, and Orbit Grey. The EBO Air 2 comes in Dove White, Jay Blue, and Robin Pink.

Is there a way to change the EBO Air 2 Plus’s eye display?

Yes, you can customize this security robot’s eyes through the app. It can also display images and show the time.

Can EBO Air 2 Plus be used abroad?

Yes, you can use it in other countries. You’ll need to use the app version for the same region as the device.
