Warranty Coverage
Enabot products purchased through Enabot Malaysia or authorized resellers are protected by a One (1) Year Limited Warranty beginning from the date you receive the product.
During the warranty period, Enabot warrants that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal and proper usage.
If a defect arises within the warranty period, Enabot Malaysia will, at its discretion:
- Repair the defective product or components, or
- Replace the product with a new or equivalent refurbished unit.
- Replaced products or components become the property of Enabot Malaysia. Any replacement product or repaired component will continue to be covered under the remaining original warranty period.
What Is Included
This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
- Functional failures under normal household use.
- Internal hardware malfunctions not caused by external factors.
- Defects that prevent the product from performing as described in its official user manual.
- To obtain warranty service, customers must provide:
- A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt), and
- The product’s original serial number or identifying information.
What Is Not Included
This warranty does not cover damage or issues caused by:
- Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic scratches, abrasions, or deterioration from regular use.
- Accidents, misuse, negligence, improper operation, dropping, impact, or liquid exposure.
- Unauthorized repair, disassembly, modification, or use of non-approved accessories or parts.
- Using the product outside the documented operating instructions or in unsuitable environments.
- Damage caused by third-party products, chargers, or accessories.
- Commercial or industrial use, rental use, or any use beyond normal household purposes.
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, refurbished marketplaces, or second-hand platforms.
- Loss of data, including video recordings, stored on the device or memory cards.
This warranty also does not cover:
- Consumable parts such as wheels or moving components that naturally degrade over time.
- Software, app connectivity issues resulting from unsupported devices, OS updates, or network problems.
Warranty Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim:
- Contact Enabot Malaysia’s official support team via WhatsApp
- Provide proof of purchase and describe the issue in detail.
Follow the instructions provided by our support team for troubleshooting, inspection, or return.
Remove and back up any personal data before sending the product for service. Enabot Malaysia is not responsible for data loss.
Warranty service will only be provided for products purchased in Malaysia and through authorized channels.
Limitations
This warranty provides specific legal rights. Enabot Malaysia is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
Service availability may vary depending on the customer’s location and product condition.
Governing Law
This Warranty Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
Service Access
While Enabot Malaysia strives to provide a smooth and reliable service process, support availability may be temporarily affected by maintenance, system upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances.
